Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Kabul, Afghanistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of project activities, managing project finances, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project work plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure compliance with UNDP policies, procedures, and donor requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Development, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
