Position Overview

Tayebzada Group of Companies is seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to spearhead growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen partnerships across our diverse portfolio. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking, analytical, and negotiation skills who can turn opportunities into sustainable business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries (trading, logistics, pharmaceuticals, telecom, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations for potential partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set business development goals and KPIs.
  • Track performance metrics and report progress to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in a conglomerate, trading, logistics, or pharmaceutical environment).
  • Strong network within Afghanistan and/or international markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve growth targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in English required; Pashto and/or Dari is a strong advantage.
