We're seeking a collaborative, results-driven Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and expand access to reliable, affordable diagnostics across Afghanistan.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design, execute, and implement marketing strategies and digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and sales growth in diagnostics.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing initiatives — including social media, website, email, and online advertising — to expand national awareness and customer reach.

Client Engagement & Provincial Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and clinics across Kabul and provincial markets, promoting reliable and affordable lab solutions.
  • Travel to provinces, conduct outreach efforts, launch campaigns, negotiate contracts, and gather market feedback to expand regional impact and build client trust.

Data-Driven Marketing

  • Collect and analyze campaign, sales, and market data to measure performance and effectiveness.
  • Use analytics to identify growth opportunities, track ROI, and strengthen competitive advantage.

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Negotiate with clients and partners to close deals and secure long-term contracts.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing and sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Report to management with insights, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to manage both digital campaigns and in-person client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing data-driven marketing strategies with measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet targets.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, adaptability, and willingness to travel for provincial campaigns.
  • Passion for improving healthcare access in Afghanistan.
  • Leadership potential to grow into the Head of Marketing as the team expands.
