Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inquiries, coordinating with the dental team, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes maintaining accurate client records, scheduling appointments, and providing support for billing and insurance queries.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Experience in handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage schedules efficiently
- Familiarity with billing and insurance processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and client management systems
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
