Capital Markets Communications Lead – Blockchain Infrastructure

Our client, a pioneering infrastructure platform working at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance, is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Communications Lead. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in capital markets research and thematic communication, who thrive on engaging institutional audiences and shaping narratives around the modernization of financial systems.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of financial infrastructure transformation, collaborating with stakeholders across digital asset ecosystems, investment banks, asset managers, and strategic consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Institutional Narrative Development
  • Define and refine how our client is positioned across macro themes such as real-world asset integration, tokenization, cross-chain settlement, and institutional-grade financial infrastructure.
  • Communicate the strategic role the platform plays in powering secure, cross-chain systems.
  • Create and Manage Capital Markets Content
  • Deliver high-quality communications tailored to institutional audiences, including:
  • Strategic ecosystem decks, explainers, and thematic primers
  • Research-style reports, Q&A documents, executive briefings
  • Custom collateral for consultants, product teams, and analysts
  • Engage Analyst Ecosystems
  • Build and execute messaging strategies targeted at digital asset and crypto research analysts at institutional firms.
  • Equip analysts with the insight and clarity needed to cover our client's platform accurately and effectively.
  • Cultivate Analyst Relationships
  • Establish and nurture relationships with market analysts to ensure consistent, informed coverage of the platform's infrastructure and ecosystem developments.
  • Support Executive-Level Communication
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver impactful capital markets briefings, panels, and strategic engagements with institutional stakeholders.
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including product, legal, and marketing—to ensure institutional messaging is accurate, scoped appropriately, and resonates across financial audiences.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in capital markets communications, institutional strategy, or research—ideally within fintech, infrastructure, or digital assets
  • Proven ability to develop institutional-grade content and macro/thematic narratives
  • Strong understanding of analyst workflows at investment banks, asset managers, or market intelligence firms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex infrastructure concepts into engaging, concise messaging
  • Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, tokenized assets, and cross-chain protocols

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to regulated or enterprise technology environments
  • Familiarity with digital asset research teams and infrastructure interfaces
  • Experience working directly with research analysts or institutional communications teams
  • Understanding of themes such as programmable finance, stablecoin settlement, RWA issuance, and blockchain-based capital markets

This is a rare opportunity to influence how institutional finance evolves in the digital era. Our client welcomes applications from strategic communicators who are passionate about blockchain's role in shaping the future of global markets.
