Afghanistan Open University, in order to expand its academic and administrative activities, announces its need to hire professional, committed, and capable women:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Two professional women in the Administrative Management Department (Admin):
One for managing the Physical (On-Site) Office

One for managing the Online/Remote Office

These positions are for individuals who can lead teams, organize tasks, and develop administrative structures.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Full proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English

Skills in computer use, internet, and digital tools

Ability in data analysis, report writing, and effective decision-making

Strong teamwork spirit, responsibility, and organizational discipline

Continuous access to electricity and the internet

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary between 7,000 to 10,000 Afghanis, based on experience and capability.
