Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Afghanistan Open University. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall administration, programs, and strategic plan of the university. Day-to-day tasks include managing university operations, financial planning, business development, strategic planning, and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives. The role is located in Kabul, with some work from home permissible.

Qualifications

  • Finance and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
