Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Second Language Teacher located in Kabul. The English Second Language Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, teaching English as a Foreign Language, and conducting IELTS preparation courses. The teacher will also be responsible for developing and implementing teaching strategies to improve students' English proficiency, assessing student progress, and providing feedback.

Qualifications

  • English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and Teaching skills
  • Experience in Lesson Planning
  • Proficiency in conducting IELTS preparation courses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
  • TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred
  • Experience in a multicultural educational setting is a plus
