EXPECTED END RESULTSMAJOR ACTIVITIESPrinting and checking documentsPSU Junior officer to make sure that the branches have uploaded complete set of supporting documents and all the documents are in line with the purpose and amount of payments as per the TT form in line with SOP and DAB circulars.Stopping double\duplicate payment'sEnsuring that the single FTF is not double printed/processed at his/her end, which is very critical and should be taken care of by IPSU Junior officer.Preparing checklistPSU junior officer to make sure that the checklist is filled properly before signing  Checking for sanctions and black listed countriesPSU junior officer is responsible for checking the payment parties against the sanctioned and black listed countries list/s.Missing documentsPSU junior officer responsible to handle customer -missing documents (ACCD, BL, CMR or property documents) uploaded in file up with previous related payments. RecordingPSU junior officer is responsible to record all payments in PSU interface considering partial payments, follow up (missing documents), rejections and other register sheets as per instruction of PSU supervisor.SubmissionPSU junior officer is responsible to record all checked and confirmed payments and prepare the submission sheet to be submitted to representative person of PS department for further process.ReportingPrepare and report all assigned daily activities on daily bases or based on need to PSU supervisor.FilingAt the end of every day IPSU junior officer is responsible to collect all daily files, forms, memos and other relevant documents and keep them filed properly sorted and in order.OthersPreforming other official tasks may be required and instructed by supervisor. Requirements EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:        - Bachelor or higher degree in Law / Economics Studies - Holder of banking certificates, if any.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: - 1 year experience in the field of banking compliance or 2 years of experience in banking operationsSKILLS & COMPETENCIES: - Familiarized with Bank software, General Polices, Banking Laws - Should have understanding of basic accounting. - Should be able to speak, write and understand Dari, Pashto and English. - Computer skill (Windows + MS office) - Strong communication and customer relationship management. - Managerial skills. - Hardworking and team player. - Decision maker. - Analytical skill - Good listening - Problem solving
