Job Description

Allegis Group Services (AGS) implements Workforce Management Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and Human Capital Consulting Services within customer organizations to manage the acquisition and engagement of contingent and full time labour. These services offerings combine people, process and technology designed specifically for each customer, to deliver value, process and efficiency in all aspects of contingent labour management. Successful candidates will have strong business and excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities of an Implementation Manager

  • Manages the Client Relationship throughout the implementation life cycle
  • Acts as key contact to client to assure accurate and consistent communication throughout the Implementation
  • Drives key decisions and assures a best-in-class solution is delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinates the activities of all Implementation Team members – both those reporting directly and all matrixed resources (e.g. Supply Base Management, Reporting & Analytics, Technology Partner, etc.)
  • Reports to the Director of Implementation and has direct oversight of one or more Implementation Consultants
  • Must be willing to travel as required

Qualifications

  • Requires experience in directly managing client relationships with a successful track record in delivering complex solutions on time and within budget
  • Experience across RPO/SOW/MSP programme structures would be advantageous
  • Must be experienced in creating and updating MS Project schedules
  • Strong client-facing and business skills – role is more focused on delivery of business solutions than Technical Project Management
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required
