Leads software development initiatives for enterprise AI platforms, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance while delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of complex software systems and architectures
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes
- Drive technical decision-making and technology selection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and optimization
- Lead code reviews and ensure software quality and security standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
- Identify and implement performance optimizations and scalability improvements
- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
- Experience with cloud-native development and containerization
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Deep knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
- AWS experience highly preferred but not required
- Military experience strongly preferred
