Job description

Padova Consulting is seeking a UX/UI Specialist to join our proposal team for a digital marketplace initiative supporting women-led MSMEs and VSLA groups. The project aims to build a mobile-first, low-bandwidth platform that expands market access, strengthens financial inclusion, and supports digital entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design a simple, mobile-first interface optimized for low connectivity.

2.Develop wireframes and mockups for e-commerce workflows (storefronts, orders, payments).

3.Ensure accessibility for women and users with low digital literacy.

4.Integrate training tools and financial literacy features into the platform.

5.Incorporate user feedback from MSMEs and community groups.

Qualifications:

Proven User-Centric Design (UCD) experience.

Portfolio with projects in developing or low-connectivity contexts.

Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Experience with e-commerce or digital financial platforms preferred.
