Job Description

This position is responsible for performing various specialized tasks in support of budget preparation, monitoring, and control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business administration, with a proven track record of managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and developing financial reports.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and review of program budgets
- Analyze financial data and develop financial reports
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure effective budget management
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues on financial matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
