Padova Consulting Services is dedicated to amplifying the voices of marginalized and vulnerable communities through research, evaluation and management services. As part of our mission to ensure safe and ethical practices across all programs, we are seeking a PSEAH (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment) Trainer / Specialist to join our proposal team.
Role Overview:
The PSEAH Trainer/Specialist will provide expertise in designing and delivering training, guiding PSEAH compliance, and ensuring our proposals and programs uphold the highest ethical standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape organizational practices and strengthen protection mechanisms across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver PSEAH training for staff and partners.
Support proposal development by integrating PSEAH standards and safeguards.
Advise on policies, procedures, and best practices in PSEAH.
Conduct awareness sessions to strengthen organizational capacity in preventing and responding to sexual exploitation and abuse.
Qualifications:
Experience in PSEAH training, protection, or safeguarding roles.
Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and PSEAH policies.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
