Marketing Officer

• Proposing marketing plans and increasing the company's sales, both products and shares.
• Develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and website content.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
• Ability to have daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
• Daily visits of the company's target audience in Kandahar markets.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and advertising content.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights into the strategic decision-making.

• At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and a master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong understanding of Kandahar & Afghanistan market dynamics.
• Fluency in Dari, English, and Pashto is compulsory.
