We're Hiring: QuickBooks Trainer Consultant

Padova Consulting is seeking a QuickBooks Trainer Consultant for a short-term (15-day) consultancy to support a financial system capacity-building initiative in Afghanistan.

Location: Kabul, Afghanistan

Padova Consulting is an Afghan consulting firm specializing in financial systems deployment, capacity building, and organizational development. We deliver practical technical solutions that ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term impact for development partners.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver on-site training on QuickBooks Online to partner finance teams in Kabul and Kandahar.

Support system configuration, testing, and final handover.

Provide hands-on coaching to ensure staff competency in using QuickBooks for financial management.

Work closely with the deployment team to ensure smooth implementation and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience as a QuickBooks Trainer or Financial Systems Consultant.

Strong understanding of financial management systems.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English, Dari, or Pashto

Timeline: 15 days total, including training, testing, and handover.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
