Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Freelancing Trainer located in Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The Freelancing Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training materials, and providing one-on-one coaching. The trainer will also assess trainees' progress, report on training outcomes, and continuously update the training programs based on the latest industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training sessions and developing training materials
• Ability to provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship
• Strong assessment and reporting skills
• Knowledge of the latest industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in freelancing or in the creative industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field is preferred
