People is an international HR Services company operating in Kabul, serving domestic and multinational client organisations across all HR functions. We are looking for an HR Professional who can manage day-to-day HR Operations, Investigation, Facilitation in Assessments of the candidates, providing support in Orientation and Induction of the field staff. HR Service Executive for our Kabul, Afghanistan Office. Prepare recruitment packs and plan the completion of onboarding formalities. Enter the information of the Newly Hired Staff in People-i. Collect filled recruitment kits for sending to the Head Office. Receiving Field staff leave requests through emails, WhatsApp and written form. Compile daily attendance, maintain leave record/accrued leave balance of the outsourced staff. Visit Training Venues on the date of training to facilitate and record attendance Facilitate staff members in filling out/preparing insurance documents/claims; collect the completed documents for onward sharing with the CR Department at HO. Verification of resignations from the concerned supervisor. Conduct locality verification of newly outsourced staff when and where needed. Initiation of the Resignation query in the system. Qualification: BBA/MBA or Equivalent Experience: 2-4 years of relevant Experience
