Care and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Pale Hall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management in the maintenance and compliance of our historic Victorian country house.

This is a key position that requires keen vigilance, ability to work on initiative, and flexibility to meet the demands of a complex structure with Listed Building status.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the role will involve supporting the upkeep of the daily to annual maintenance programme at the Hotel and the Bryntirion.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of maintaining historic buildings and experience with mechanical systems would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful candidate will also contribute to general building projects around the estate and support the growth and development of the hotel.

This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week, five days over seven, Monday to Sunday.
