Essential Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; higher qualifications are desirable.
- Five years of relevant professional experience
Requisite Skills:
- Completion of on-the-job training and short courses
- Proficiency in one official language and familiarity with English
- Strong skills in MS Windows, MS Office, Internet, and Auto CAD
- Competence in management, legal activity framework, work planning, and reporting
- Ability to execute tasks as per the established plan
