Job Description

What you would be doing? On top of your BDR role duties (managing ICP accounts), you will support the EMEA BDR Manager on the following activities:

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Coach a team of BDR's by supporting each team member in the team targets achievement.
  • Give feedback to the BDR manager on a weekly basis on team goals achievement and flag any risk (resources, targets, accounts) to take actions in line with the strategy.
  • Contribute developing BDR's skills set and assist in newcomers onboarding.

Strategy Execution & Collaboration

  • Execute ICP Strategy on maintaining the focus on generating encounters with our ideal persona within our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Ensure the marketing campaign's successful roll out and follow up with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the GTM stakeholders to support deploying effective sales strategies.

Process Optimisation

  • Proactively strategize and suggest new ideas to the BDR manager to improve the team's work efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in new projects or/and new tools successful implementation across the team.
  • Participate actively in building the BDR sales Academy.
  • Supporting the BDR rules of engagement application within the entire organisation

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Passionate and driven to excel
  • Microsoft Office and experience
  • Experience leading a team of Business Development Reps/ Sales Development Reps/ Inside Sales Reps / Lead Generation
