Job descriptionDuties and responsibilities:
The officers will be responsible to:
- Map potential customers and identify their needs.
- Complete the corporate sales process.
- Satisfy and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Schedule and follow on calls with leads and prospects.
- Communicate with leads and customers via email.
- Answer all lead and customer questions properly.
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as required.
- Carry out cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers.
- Consult with appropriate purchase options.
- Promote specific internet package as directed by upper management
- Notify leads and customers on current promotions and discounts
- Keep positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend the customer lifetime value.
- Devise strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Follow on appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Self-improve continuously by improving h/her experience and learning from manager's feedback.
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly plans to the line manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field;
- At least 1 to 2 years previous sales experience;
- Experience in sales to large businesses, primarily in the Financial Services and or regulated industries sector;
- Previous experience of working in a telecom or technology company would be an advantage;
- Technical ability to present UA Telecom solutions both on-site and online and deliver quality sales demonstrations with a focus on key business drivers and functional requirements;
- Skilled and experienced in Contract negotiation and completion;
- Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto – reading speaking, writing;
