Job requirements
- Have a high school diploma, priority will be given to Bachelor.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Adequate listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with stressful situations appropriately.
Other qualities:
- Clarity in Communication.
- Keeping conversations clear and productive helping both resolution of clients' issues as well as creation of a good impression.
- Technical Proficiency in Products/Services.
- Problem Solving and Flexibility.
- Listening Capacity.
- Polite, patient, and professional.
- one year of experience in a call center environment
- Acquainted with mobile functions.
- Basic IT knowledge,
- Capability to speak –read and write Dari, Pashto, English,
- Excellent data entry and typing skills

- CC Agent should be flexible to work on any shift according to call volume.
- An attitude to provide the highest quality support to customers.
- Punctual to his/her duty.
- Ability to work among the team and compete on daily tasks in terms of quality and quantity.
