Job SummaryAMMC is looking for 20 Female Surveyors for a Telephone survey project in Kabul. Eligible female candidates can read the details below and apply.
Job Description:The surveyors will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participation in the 5-day workshop/ training provided by the company in Kabul and conducting mock and pilot interviews. Those surveyors who pass the tests after the training would be recruited.
- Conducting household interviews/ surveys through Telephonic surveys using tablets/computers in SurveyCTO.
- Review of the done interviews for completion, logical checks and missing information and redoing the interviews that carry problems.
- Daily and weekly reporting of the work progress and challenges during the telephonic survey (CATI)
- Peer Review of the audio recordings of other colleague’s surveys and providing inputs through a form.
- Three years of similar experience as a Surveyor/ Enumerator implementing telephonic interviews/ field research or four years of experience in working in an interactive call center environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Journalism is preferred. Bachelors in Economics with a focus on Statistics is also ok.
- Must have a proper command of spoken Dari and Pashto and some primary knowledge of English.
- Must have a fair knowledge of using tablets (KOBO, SurveyCTO, ODK) and applications and android systems.
