BDN is recruiting 30 Surveyors who will work in Balkh province and implement the survey project of the organization. Interested and eligible applicants can apply by reading the details of the announcement.

Surveyor’s Role and Responsibilities:

• Data gathering, analysis, and interpretation of the data.
• Perform as the surveyor to work in various settings with the beneficiaries in the assigned Mazar city of Balkh province.
• The surveyors should have the ability and skill to fill out the questioner accurately.
• Submit completed surveys and record visit locations every day.
• Stay in touch with the manager for security purposes and in case questions or concerns emerge.
• Display politeness and represent the survey well.
• Identify clients who need services.
• Raise program information and provide and document referrals when applicable.
• Perform all other duties as considered necessary by the Line Managers.
• Observe BDN established policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement initiative works, and performance.
• Determine and act to solve any problem immediately, which hinders the delivery of the survey layout of the field and submit the report to his immediate supervisor.
• Be present in all related meetings and represent BDN.
• Work closely with the technical and design team on the field.
• Work closely as a team member with the program coordinator.

• At least graduated from the 14th class/hold associate degree.
• Should possess three years of field experience.
• Have knowledge of field surveys.
• Work experience in health Survey
• Good report writing skills.
• Good communication skills in various settings.
• Technically skilled in solving problems of Survey Question on the job site.
• Good English and local language skills (writing and speaking).
• Good computer skill in MS office
• Be able to travel to different sites of the city.
